Damages and Issues: Inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

Australia Post eParcel 2 - 6 Business Days Australia Post Express 1 - 3 Business Days Same Day Delivery Order before 3pm and receive your parcel the very same day. Australia Post will wing its way to you with your parcel, but we bear no responsibility if your order encounters any delays. - Can my order be sent to a PO Box or Parcel Locker?
Yes! Australia Post can ship your products to a PO Box or a Parcel Locker.
However, we cannot ship your order to a PO Box or Parcel Locker if it contains flammable goods.

- Can couriers leave packages without a signature?
Australia Post will send you a text with options. They will ask if you would prefer the parcel to be left without a signature or taken to your local post office.
- I didn’t receive a note that my order was at the Post Office.
Sorry for the confusion! You see, Australia Post provides digital notifications about the whereabouts of your order instead of physical notes. We’d recommend tracking the parcel or looking out for an SMS.
- Help! My product has been delivered damaged.
Oh no! Firstly, please don’t throw the item or any packaging away. Keep the product in its current form (unopened if you haven’t already), and take a few pictures of the damage. Shoot those photos and your order number to our Customer Service team at isospraytanhairbeauty@gmail.com and we’ll do our best to make it right.
- Help! I’m missing an item from my order.

Flammable Goods
- So, what counts as a Flammable Good?
Flammable goods include nail polish, hair colour and aerosols. We ship flammable goods with Couriers Please, however we are unable to delivery via express postage, post boxes and temporarily to Tasmania. You may also place orders for flammable goods via Click & Collect and Same Day Delivery.
